Q & A: Good on-line C + + introductory online ‘textbook’?
issue of : Good on-line C + + introductory online 'textbook'
I try to teach some C + + programming and was wondering if anyone has any clear and concise free online "textbook" might suggest. I've just finished my first course in programming in Python with the online text book "Think Python: How do you think like a computer scientist." I am familiar with the basics of search functions, yields, data types (strings, ints, floats, lists (arrays?)), Conditions, string manipulation, etc. and have a very basic understanding of the objects / Klassen.Ich something tell me what I need to know without including a ton of details that are not necessarily looking for the Basic programming projects. Arbeiten.Empfehlungen I'm using C + + code written by other people and I want to be able to understand what is going on would be great! Thanks in Voraus.Auch when you get to something like Java, that would happen to know great Best Answer.

Thinking in C + + by Bruce Eckel is really good. It can kill over, but it's pretty good as a reference. The C + + language tutorial is also very good (my favorite C + + site)

Cable Management Invention Creates Jobs for People with Disabilities

Jackson, WY (PRWEB) May 17, 2012
When John Thorn was inspired to create a novel cord management solution helping a community of disabled adults wasn't what he had in mind. "I was sitting on a plane and reached into my briefcase and pulled out a mess of tangled cords. I was frustrated and wanted to find a better way to transport and store computer cables.
But as he began developing his Coil cord case, providing jobs for special needs individuals became an important factor in the design and production of the convenient cord managers. "I'm primarily a psychologist, and spent many years working with the disabled community. Many of us have jobs that fulfill us, but when you have multiple disabilities, your options are severely limited."
Coil was designed to be easily assembled by disabled workers who live in Wyoming, where John Thorn resides. "Everything is based in the USA. I was told that I could be more profitable by manufacturing offshore, but Coil is about much more than being cheap to produce. We provide jobs, and our packaging minimally impacts the environment. We are very conscientious about how Coil is brought to market."
When asked about the experience of working with disabled individuals, Thorn is certain in having made the right decision. The rewards are plentiful, but for me, the most fulfilling is to know I have played a part in seeing happy individuals on the job, proud of what they do and always happy to see me when I drop by the plant to work with them on various aspects of getting Coil to consumers.
The Coil cord organizer is currently available in a 2.75" size which supports lightweight cords up to 3 feet in length, and provides a complete storage solution and protective case for earbud-style headphones. Coil also features a non-skid surface and adhesive-backed Velcro

Q&A: Design??????
Question by xo: Design??????
I have to make something for school out of wood. I know what i'm making, but i don't know how do design (paint) it. i want a design that's easy, not like billions of little curvy lines that'll take me a week to paint. does anybody have any pics that might help? maybe poppies (the flower) or something like it, or a skyline, etc.

Buy some tracing paper, and use a 2B pencil to trace over your favorite design. The design can be a simple silhouette, or can be many colors. It can be as elaborate as you want to make it. Just search images for a theme on google or yahoo. Print out your design and trace it. After tracing, place the traced side/ the penciled side of tracing paper of your design to the wood and go over the design to transfer your design to the wood. Use a pen that has run out of ink to go over your traced design. You can also use the end of a fork, or pointed object, but you risk tearing the tracing paper.
Another alternative is create a stencil from your computer, cut it out, and use spray paint. You can also go to your local hobby shop and buy pre cut stencils. You can also use a paint brush over the stencils as well.
Good luck
I hope this helps?
